Back on the bike

As I hit the confirm button on the DVLA website and off went my application for a new tax disk for the Harley, I suddenly realised how much I had missed riding it.  The last time machine and I were as one was way back last October before I tucked it up ready for the winter and applied for a SORN.  Apart from checking the battery was still on trickle-feed and showing it to the electricians who were installing sockets in the outbuildings a few weeks ago, I have largely forgotten it existed.  But all that is about to change.  With at least a few days good weather forecast I feel a good long circuit around Rutland is de rigeur.  Back in leathers.  A girl's dream.
